A Quick and Easy Guide to the Legend Fitness Product Lineup

Legend Fitness has a large product offering, from racks and cages to selectorized, plate-loaded, and more. For the most part, all of our equipment falls into a few categories. But with such a huge variety of strength equipment, we know it can be an overwhelming task to dig through it to find what you’re looking for. To help, we’ve written up a brief description of each type of product line manufactured by Legend Fitness.

1 Racks & Cages

Racks and cages are the centerpiece of any weight room. They are mandatory for Olympic-style workouts and for the exercises that are considered the core of successful strength training programs. They provide users with a place to safely execute scores of lifts and workout routines. 2 Free Weight Equipment

Free weight equipment is what is used when someone works out with dumbbells or bars and weight plates. Think of a person sitting on a bench doing bicep curls, or doing bench presses. Those are free weight exercises. 3 Selectorized Equipment

Selectorized, or pin select, equipment is likely what you’ve seen if you’ve been in a membership-based gym before. This type of equipment has a weight stack with a movable pin that allows users to select the weight they want to work out with. 4 Plate-Loaded Equipment

Legend FItness offers various weight lifting platform options. There are insert platforms, which are custom cut to fit inside specific cages, and standalone platforms, which are separate from any other pieces of equipment.
