All Precor Icarian FW Benches and racks feature our signature 2″ x 4″ bent-steel construction for years of dependable use. Our bent-frame design allows dumbbells to travel under the bench freely and the single post tripod design provides greater freedom during use.
A Precor Icarian Olympic Flat Bench is, and can best be described as follows: An Olympic Flat Bench is a free weight bench comprised of two vertical posts with bar catches for holding and loading an Olympic bar or barbell, and an attached flat bench between them. Upper body exercises, such as a Bench Press, performed with an Olympic Flat Bench work the Pectorals and Deltoids. Optional plate storage attachments are available for select models.

A Precor Icarian Olympic Incline Bench is, and can best be described as follows: An Olympic Incline Bench is a free weight bench comprised of two vertical posts with bar catches for holding and loading an Olympic bar or barbell, and an attached incline bench between them. The incline bench is angled upward to elevate the shoulders and lower the pelvis, similar to reclining in a chair, and upper body exercises performed with it work the upper portion of the Chest and Deltoids. Some Olympic incline benches also come with plate storage systems.
